Eligibility
Available to all Seaver College of Science and Engineering Graduate
students, who maintain a 3.0 GPA and have a FAFSA on file based on
financial need and merit.
Applicants must teach full-time in Catholic Elementary or Secondary
Education or work full-time in Catholic Ministry. Please submit official
employment verification to your Program Director.
Available to priests or members of a religious order (non U.S. citizens)
100% tuition who come from developing countries. For questions, contact the

Applicant must be a member of the Catholic Clergy or Catholic religious
orders. Please provide evidence of membership in a Catholic religious

Please include a one-page typed essay to explain why you are applying for the selected scholarships, noting in particular any current
financial hardships or professional accomplishments pertaining to merit. Since many of the scholarships have a need based
component, international students are encouraged to submit supporting evidence for their financial situation (e.g. bank statements
with identifying information blacked out.

The priority deadlines for Science and Engineering Scholarships will vary according to the semester funding that a student
is seeking. Students seeking funding for Summer 2015 application deadline is April 15, 2015 and students desiring
funding for Academic Year 2015-2016 application deadline (Fall 2015 and/or Spring 2016) is July 15, 2015. For more
information regarding these priority deadlines, please contact the Office of the Associate Dean for Graduate Studies at

In order to be considered for any scholarships, you must also submit the 2015-2016 Free Application for Federal Student
Aid (FAFSA) electronically at www.fafsa.ed.gov. (Not required for International Students.)
