GETTING TO KNOW
TOM, SHANNON, & MOLLIE ASHLEY
Just about a year ago when a committee was being formed
to start the Contemporary Worship Service, two of the first people
to step forward to be a part of that were Tom and Shannon. Since
that time they have actively contributed to the success of the
monthly service which will begin twice a month beginning in May.
In addition to this service, they host the young adults Bible Study
every week at their home. They also serve or have served on
various committees in the Church.
Tom who is originally from Michigan has been at
International Paper as a Logistics Specialist for 9 years and enjoys
hunting and fishing. Shannon is a Laurens native who has worked
at IP for 21 years as a Customer Service Lead. She enjoys working
in the yard. They have been married for 10 years.
Mollie is in the 10th grade at Laurens HS and enjoys sports
as well as being a member of a travelling volleyball team that was
successful in the regional tournament. Tom, Shannon and Mollie
all enjoy spending time at the lake in their free time.
Happy Mother’s Day
