RULES & REGULATIONS 参赛章程
The following is a list of the Rules and Regulations for all participants to abide. Participants found violating
any of these Rules and Regulations will be disqualified :
1. Participants must submit full details of Ownership and Category Class (certification purpose) for
participating in the competition and shall not hold all event sponsors and venue sponsors responsible of
any results correspondence;
2. In the event of overwhelming response, entries will be based on “First Come First Serve” basis on a
selection process by the committee and all successful and unsuccessful applicants will be informed
within 1 week after the closing date;
3. The event committee reserves the right to cancel or re-categorize any category in the event of insufficient
entries or participants and would notify all participants accordingly;
4. Each entry will be provided with an aquarium tank, aeration, filter, background, heater and lights.
Participants are responsible for the temperature of heater adjustment and or preference to use heaters;
5. The event committee shall look after the welfare of exhibits throughout the duration of the competition.
However, the committee and or relevant supporting parties shall not be held responsible for the loss,
injury, mortality of fish due to natural causes or any unforeseen circumstances and or directly or indirectly,
attributed to the elements of nature, force majeure or orders and directives imposed by any government
authority;
6. Upon the benching in of entries being displayed at the competition hall, participants are to leave the hall
and not allowed to remove any fish from the tanks unless prior approval has been obtained from the
committee and the committee shall not be held responsible for whatsoever outcome;
7. Fishes shall not be fed during the competition. Colour medications are not allowed. Should medication or
water conditioners are used; they must be colourless and verified by the committee for approval;
8. The closing date for all entries shall be 10 APRIL 2015 (12 PM). All benching in/benching out, judging
and presentation of prize schedules shall be in accordance as per front page details. No participants are
allowed to loiter around and or in the competition hall during judging. Any prizes and fishes not collected
after the specified date and time shall be deemed the property of the committee;
9. All entries for fish categories must be companied by full payment. Upon full payments made and any
participant’s withdrawal after the closing date, paid entries will be forfeited. Judges are not allowed to
participate in the fish competition. No labelling of Name cards/Quotes and or Selling of Fishes during the
entire duration of Competition;
10. A panel of reputable judges has been invited to judge the Fish Love Competitions and the decision of
the judges shall be final and no further correspondence shall be entertained. Regardless of Classes, all
champions are eligible to compete for the Grand Champion and the final decision shall be final and no
disputes will be entertained.
