Nordea Investment Banking – Debt Capital Markets offers two full time
analyst positions joining the Leveraged Finance team in Stockholm
Nordea Debt Capital markets is the leading debt house in the Nordic
region with approx. 90 professionals, covering both investment
grade and non-investment grade companies. Debt Capital Markets
is responsible for arranging, structuring and executing a variety of
debt transactions including corporate acquisition financing, general
corporate refinancing, leveraged buyouts as well as other types of
complex debt transactions. Part of the Debt Capital Markets is the
Leveraged Finance team focusing on leveraged buyouts and other
private equity lead transactions.
At the Leveraged Finance team you will be working with origination,
underwriting and tailor made financing solutions and execution of
leveraged financing for sponsor clients. Nordea is the clear leading
Nordic leveraged finance arranger evidenced by several awards and
multiple #1 league table positions. We have a strong local market
expertise and together with our leading Nordic debt syndicate &
distribution team we can offer significant distribution capabilities both
locally and in the European institutional markets.
Already from day one you will take an active role in ongoing
transactions and be responsible for the preparation of pitch material
and aggregating and analysing data used in various processes. You
will also take responsibility for supporting various parts of the internal
decision making process. Moreover you will have the opportunity to
learn our broad offering towards our private equity clients, as well as
our product neutral and relationship driven approach, working with
leveraged loans and HY bonds regardless if distribution driven or not.
Currently we offer two positions starting as full time analysts during
the spring/summer. We are looking for candidates that are newly
graduated or soon to be, alternatively graduated with 1-2 years of
relevant working experience.
