Over the past three months our company has built on the success and momentum of our
1.2MW FlexGen® Solid State Generator fielded in Wyoming and have followed that with
successful deployments to rigs in West Texas. The FlexGen® SSG performed just as expected,
delivering 20%+ fuel savings, eliminating rig blackouts, and improving drilling times by
reducing downtime and accelerating rig operations.

In a low cost fuel market where every dollar matters and drillers and E&Ps struggle to meet
tightening bottom lines, the industry has found that the FlexGen® SSG is a slam dunk. Even
in a lower cost fuel market, the ability to save at least $2,455 a day on drilling operations has
drillers and E&Ps jumping at the prospect of adding more FlexGen® SSGs to their drill pads.
Moreover, our ability to provide the customer with a system that has no hardware costs, a one
day rig commissioning, 24/7 global support, and is cash flow positive on day 1 is why we are
increasingly confident that every land rig in the world will have a FlexGen® SSG within the
next three years.
To that end, customer service and product reliability are the primary focus of our company.
Everyday we work to make our world-class service better and that is why we are happy to
announce that we signed a service agreement with Oilfield Technical Services and a
distribution agreement with TRF Energy Solutions. These agreements will add to our 24/7
global support capabilities and provide extended distribution channels in West Virginia,
Pennsylvania, Ohio, and North Dakota.
Finally to meet growing demand, we have opened expanded offices in both our engineering
headquarters in Raleigh/Durham, NC and our corporate and production headquarters in
Houston, Texas. These new facilities more than double our old engineering and production
space and we look forward to inviting industry members and friends to our open house in the
near future.

In a move that reflects the growing demand for FlexGen®

and Raleigh/Durham, North Carolina. The new lab space in
Raleigh/Durham will more than double our current
engineering space and the new corporate/production
headquarters in Houston will significantly increase our
abilities to produce great products.

Service Agreement with
Oilfield Technical Services
FlexGen® Power Systems announced they have signed
a major service agreement with Oilfield Technical
Services, LLC. Oilfield Technical Services, which
services drill rigs for the industry’s largest companies,
will provide support and service to a growing
number of FlexGen® Solid State Generators in
strategic locations including Oklahoma, Ohio,
Pennsylvania, Wyoming and North Dakota. The deal
will expand FlexGen® Power Systems’ 24/7 support
and service capabilities. FlexGen® Solid State
Generators, currently operating with some of the
largest land drillers in the world, hybridizes drill rig
power systems drastically reducing fuel consumption,
emissions, and maintenance, while increasing power
performance and reliability.

TRF Energy Solutions, LLC and FlexGen® Power
Systems announced they have signed a distribution
agreement to sell FlexGen’s full line of Solid State
Generator products. FlexGen’s Solid State
Generators can pair with any diesel, dual fuel or
natural gas gensets to significantly improve power
performance and reliability while also reducing fuel
consumption, maintenance, and emissions.
The distribution agreement will significantly extend
FlexGen® Power Systems’ distribution network in West
Virginia, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and North Dakota.
