a quiet pedestrian street in the heart of New Orleans, just steps from
world class dining and shopping. The apartment boasts three beautifully
appointed bedrooms - 2 king, 1 queen - each with its own bath, a
private elevator, beautiful hardwood floors, original brick walls, and
New Orleans’ antiques. Private balconies and a shared, secure
courtyard ensure the ambiance unique to French Quarter living.
Restrictions: Property available for 3 nights/4 days at a mutually
agreed upon time from July 1, 2015 to June 1, 2016.

• Enter your bid by raising your hand to be recognized by the auctioneer.
• The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the purchaser. In the event of a dispute among
bidders, the auctioneer has the final word in determining the winner.
• Payment in full by the successful bidder must be made by cash, check, or credit card at the end of the
evening.
• All sales are final; there will be no refunds or exchanges. All items are auctioned “as is.” All items +/or
services must be used within one year or as specified in written description.
• Please consult your tax advisor as to the deductibility of your purchase.
