The annual France Israel Cyber Security Forum has for the past eight years tackled new security challenges from
both technical and managerial standpoints. Among the guest speakers we have presented are the presidents of
EADS, BNP Paribas and Schneider Electric. A full third of companies on the Paris stock market CAC-40 index have
already participated in the Cyber security Forum. Elite figures in Israeli technology have been able to meet with
major French CISOs every year to exchange work experience and launch new projects. Around 1000 one-to-one
meetings organized since 2006 have led to a hundreds of partnership, distribution and integration agreements. The
entire value chain concerning the security of information systems is covered, from critical infrastructure to
applications, networks, work stations and cloud computing. Generally, the heads of some 10 Israeli companies, plus
several Europeans, make the trip to Paris every year. They include multinational giants such as Israel Aerospace
Industries, established leaders such as Checkpoint, Cyber-Ark, Audiocodes, Imperva, and also start-ups from Israel’s
Silicon Valley.
After nine years of activity, the Cyber Security Forum co-organized by Dominique Bourra, has proven to be the
« must attend » gathering of French and Israeli security experts. 10 Israeli companies will be represented this year
and take part to more than 100 one to one business meetings in the afternoon with French CISOs of large groups,
integrators and distributors. The one to one meetings of the afternoon are an opportunity for Israeli software and
service security solution wizards to sit down with CISOs, chief information security officers, from French car
manufacturers, security integrators, insurance companies, industrial heavyweights, banking and
telecommunications operators, today the most important buyers of IT security solutions in Europe.
