Ralph R. Gonzalez is senior counsel international at
Raytheon Co. Before joining Raytheon, he was the senior
vice president and general counsel of American Life
Insurance Co., a division of MetLife.
Previously, he was general counsel of Global M&A for
Citigroup. Prior to joining Citigroup, he spent 10 years at
General Electric in various assignments including four
years as general counsel of GE Mexico/Latin America.
Before joining GE, he practiced law with the firm of
Baker & McKenzie, where he specialized in international
transactions and worked in the firm's Madrid, Miami and
New York offices.

Gonzalez received his Bachelor of Arts from Florida
State University College of Education in 1973. He
subsequently received a Master of Public Administration
from Florida International University School of Business
and a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of
Miami. Gonzalez is a member of the Florida Bar and the
New York Bar.
