Fremont Volleyball Camp
2015
Our goals are to teach the systems and skills that are taught in the Fremont High Volleyball program. Through this education we
feel that players gain an experience in the sport that will help them have success at any level. We have some additional camp offerings this year so be sure to check out what’s available. Questions please contact Rick Hughes. Contact information provided below.
Li’l Digger Camp: This camp covers a wide range
of participants. Each session is divided up by grade
level to maximize education and contacts as well as
coaching. Each camp will cover the fundamentals of
the game and will begin to introduce the systems
used at Fremont High.
K-3: 12:30-1:30 pm Free admission, registration required
4-6: 1:45-2:45 pm Free admission, registration required
7-8: 3:00-4:30 pm $25 admission
Freshmen Camp: This camp is only for incoming
freshmen. We want to spend time teaching the systems at Fremont High to the newest members of our
program. Along with the fundamentals of the game
we want to allow for lots of repetition as well as lots
of coaching.

Senior High Camp: This camp is for students going into grades 10-12. Our goals here, while still
improving on the fundamentals, is to spend time
working the systems of Fremont High and preparing
players to compete in the upcoming seasons.
