Hopkinson Elementary School is currently planning our annual silent auction and dinner fundraiser to be
held at Old Ranch Country Club on May 2, 2015.
We need your help. Would you consider being a part of our silent auction and donating one to
three bottles of wine?
State funding for education still falls short of providing special programs and opportunities offered
uniquely at Hopkinson Elementary School. Through past fundraising efforts, with generous community
members such as you, our parent booster club, Friends of Hopkinson, has been able to raise additional
funds not provided by the state.
Funds raised at previous auctions have enable us to provide specialized art instruction, curriculum support
teachers, updated technology for the Media Center and classrooms, a credentialed Media Center teacher
and grade level grants.
Our work continues and so do the opportunities for your support.
Many businesses are donating goods and services to help out and I am asking for you to join them so
Hopkinson Elementary School can continue offering amazing educational enrichment opportunities.
Your donation will be acknowledged in front of hundreds of attendees who are deeply appreciative, and
reciprocate your support by patronizing your business. Each item and donor will be listed in our auction
catalog. As past auction donors know, word of mouth recommendations are a powerful way to generate
business and loyalty!
