The Camps
Two-1 Week Basketball Camps: Eight days of instruction in
all aspects of individual improvement.
 Individual Offense: shooting, dribbling, ball handling,
passing & receiving, triple threat & jab moves, moving
without the ball
 Individual Defense: stance, slides, close-outs, on-ball
defense
 Rebounding: offensive, defensive, free throw
 Team Concepts: fast break, practice habits, basic team
offense.

To Parents:
We welcome you and your child to Frontier Mustangs Hoops
Camps. Each session will be well-supervised and well-taught.
Your son/daughter will be in a disciplined, positive, fun atmosphere. We will teach basketball fundamentals; we will also
teach how to set goals, how to work well with others, and how
to be a successful student and player.
We will strive to make the Frontier Mustangs Hoops Camps a
fun experience each morning, as we help each camper become
a more skilled individual player and a more effective team
player.

Medical/Civil Liability Release Form

(camper), authorize Frontier Mustangs Hoops Camps and all those
associated with the camp to administer first aid treatment for any
minor injuries received by my child during the camp. If the sustained injury is life threatening or requires emergency treatment, I
authorize Frontier Mustangs Hoops Camps or its representatives
to summon any or all professional emergency personnel to attend,
transport and treat my child. If the sustained injury requires hospitalization, I understand that I, or my medical insurance company,
am solely responsible for all bills and claims that may be filed as a
result of the injury. By signing this medical release form, I further
understand that I will not file any civil lawsuit against Frontier
Mustangs Hoops Camps or its representatives as a result of any
injury sustained by my child for any other reason during camp.
