ince the publication of our last Southern Lancaster County Chamber of Commerce (SLCCC) Member
Map just three years ago, the membership in the SLCCC has grown almost 30%. The Southern Lancaster
Chamber of Commerce has been a mainstay of southern Lancaster County for over half a century,
promoting local businesses and organizations. With a membership of over 200 businesses and
organizations, the SLCCC continues to provide networking, marketing, professional development, and
community service opportunities to its members.
The SLCCC promotes its members in a variety of ways, including “New Resident” packets distributed by local
realtors, its website www.southernlancasterchamber.com, an electronic newsletter Community Connections,
networking activities, community service events, and promotional materials, such as this map.
There are many services, goods, and organizations in our immediate area that provide quality products and
services. This map not only provides the community with a description and contact information for each
member business or organization, but it also shows where it is located.
As you can see, being a part of the Southern Lancaster Chamber of Commerce provides not only a chance to
be connected with the community, but also to be connected to each other.
Many Chamber members attend the monthly general membership meeting held at the Quarryville
Library, located at Buck Road (Route 372). Each meeting features networking opportunities and a short
presentation on some strategy or practice to enhance an organization’s operations or communications.
The Chamber Board of Directors meets a week before the monthly general membership meeting.
About the Map

on the side which provides an alphabetical listing of the member,
the number of the pin on the map for that member, and location
on the map of the pin.

an organization, product or service. We hope you keep it handy
and use it often. Additional information, such as coupons,
calendar of events, and links to individual websites can be found

The SLCCC hosts an annual banquet meeting in March, which traditionally brings almost all active members
together for an evening of networking and fellowship.
The SLCCC proudly sponsors numerous community activities, including a free shredding event, a Christmas
tree lighting (featuring Santa Claus and many local performers), and scholarships for a Solanco and
Lampeter-Strasburg graduating senior. In addition, the SLCCC is a proud sponsor of the Miss Solanco contest.
And, non-profit organizations may also request to have their community events placed on the Chamber web
