Time Management is a Myth, Time Mastery is a
Must
Transforming your Unit from the Inside Out
8:15 AM - Dr. Patrice Buckner Jackson
Change is never easy. However, it is often necessary. Learning
principles of Transformational Leadership will empower you to
light the spark of change within your unit. Loyalty and Integrity: The Impact on
Organizational Culture
9:45 AM - Russell Griffin
Our profession is dependent on people functioning
autonomously with a high level of independence. As leaders,
there is an inherent responsibility to create a culture that
provides the necessary tools for doing the job safely and
efficiently. Organizations with a high level of integrity equip
ALL individuals with the necessary tools to make difficult
decisions and have the hard conversations. This presentation
will begin the process of evaluating the team concept as well
as delve in to the differences between loyalty and integrity;
both shape and mold organizational culture and future growth/
viability of your program.
5
11:15 AM - Craig Bryan
Cell phones, email, meetings, FaceBook, audits… the things
that distract us grow larger every day. Overwhelmed? Worn
out? Ready to walk away from the madness? That’s exactly what
I’m going to tell you to do. Learn how to invest your time, and
quit spending it. Your time is the single most valuable asset you
will ever have in life. Learn to be effective and efficient.
From Beginners to Winners: Building Teamwork
for Success
12:15 PM - Russell Griffin
Team building is an ongoing process that helps a work group
evolve into a cohesive unit. How does your team rank? Are
you prepared to go all the way to the championship and
win? Is your team confident and competent? Your role as a
team builder is to lead your team toward cohesiveness and
productivity. Each team has a culture of its own and requires
team members to adapt to change with fluency.

from the early to mid 1900’s when designers created some of the most storied courses in the
world. Created by renowned designer Billy Fuller, Legacy on Lanier Golf Club offers stunning
views of Georgia’s Great Lake. An unrivaled golf experience, the layout traverses a natural
setting with twelve scenic holes on the water. Legacy offers tactical challenges for the avid
golfer while not proving too daunting for the casual golfer.
Our golf facility includes a fully stocked golf shop, new state of the art MiniVerde Bermuda
Greens, and zoysia lined “Billy” Bunkers, an innovative Bunker design developed by Fuller
during his tenure at Augusta National Golf Club. For scratch golfers and high handicappers
alike, the NEW Legacy on Lanier Golf Club offers a challenging, aesthetically pleasing lakeside
