‘Entry’ and ‘Entries’ are web based entry forms located on the Link that have
been completed and submitted by Entrants.
‘Entry Period’ refers to the period during which Entries can be made in order
to be eligible to go into this Prize Draw.
‘Entrant’ or ‘Entrants’ are defined as any person placing an Entry who is
already a Subscriber or who registers to be a Subscriber at the time of placing
an Entry.
‘Link’ refers to the following URL address http://gameoninteractive.us8.listmanage1.com/subscribe?u=f20e6856f9d63094ab17adde0&id=6cc435f73a
where the Entries are to be made on the Game ON website.
‘Prize’ refers to either a VIP single day entry ticket or a Community single day
entry ticket.
‘Prize Draw’ refers to the Game ON draw to win the Prize.
‘Promoter’ refers to Triumph Leisure Solutions ABN 18 113 295 793, including
‘Subscriber’ or ‘Subscribers’ are defined as any person or persons subscribing
to receive news services and promotional materials from the Promoter,
including but not limited to market updates, the month in review newsletter
and the inspire blog newsletter.
Entry





The Entry Period commences on 30 April 2015 and closes at 5pm EST, Friday 8
May 2015
Entrants are only permitted to enter the Prize Draw once, using only one email
address.
If an Entrant uses multiple email addresses to make additional Entries, only the
first entry using the first email address is valid, and subsequent entries are a
violation of these Terms and Conditions and therefore invalid.
Only Entrants over 18 years of age resident in Australia are eligible to
participate in this Prize Draw.
Employees of the Promoter are not eligible to participate in this Prize Draw.


To receive the Prize, Entrants must complete all of the required fields in their
Entry with a sample of such required fields being as follows:

Prize Draw
The winner of the Prize will be drawn by the Promoter.
The Prize will be drawn on 8 May 2015 at 5pm EST at the office location of Suite 1A, 1-5
Railway Avenue, Wahroonga, NSW, 2076
The winning Entrant will be announced within 7 days after the Prize is drawn. At the
same time the winning Entrant is announced, the Promoter will send a link to all nonwinning Entrants allowing them to choose to automatically enter into any subsequent
prize draw being run by the Promoter after the Entry Period of this Prize Draw closes;
however, should any Entrant fail to use this link, the Entry of Entrants in this Prize Draw
does not remain valid in relation to a subsequent Prize Draw or in relation to any other
prize draws run by the Promoter.
The winning Entrant will be notified via email; however, if the Prize remains unclaimed
after 7 days of the winning Entrant being notified, the Prize for that first winning Entrant
will be forfeited and a new winner of the Prize will be drawn from the remaining
Entries on 15 May 2015 at 5pm EST at the office location of Suite 1A, 1-5 Railway
Avenue, Wahroonga, NSW, 2076
The Prize will be distributed to the winning Entrant by post within 7 days of the Prize
being claimed by the winning Entrant and the winning Entrant providing the Promoter
with their postal address.
Liability
In the event that the Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s
control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to
regulatory authority approval.
The Promoter shall not be liable to any winner of a prize issued in accordance with
these Terms and Conditions in relation to any loss, damages, costs or claims arising
out of the refusal to provide such prize in accordance with these Terms and
Conditions or any failure or inability of a winner of such prize to redeem or use such
prize in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter does not accept any liability of whatever nature, whether in contract,
tort or otherwise, for the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of
third party providers over whom the Promoter has no direct control.
Under circumstances where liability cannot be excluded, such liability is limited to the
value of the Prize.
The Promoter does not accept any liability in contract, tort or otherwise for any injury,
damage, loss (including consequential loss), delay, additional expense or
inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or any other event
which is beyond the Promoter’s control and which is not preventable by reasonable
diligence on the part of the Promoter.
