Cotton Legend required a local packaging supplier that could fill urgent orders
and meet the high standards of major retail clients. Britannia began working
with the brand 12 years ago, and has since become the preferred supplier
to Cotton Legend.

Britannia recently undertook a
packaging project for Cotton Legend,
designing a box for men’s socks to be
sold by a major department store. We
created a pattern which folded up into a
box and lid from a single piece of card,
making it incredibly convenient for
transport and assemble on premise.

account management framework, the right expertise is

The company’s packaging buyer communicates
exclusively with one of our experienced account
managers, who keeps up to date with every aspect of
Cotton Legend’s business. Each of our primary account
managers also have at least one colleague working
closely with them, who shares a deep understanding of
all their clients. This means that Cotton Legend will always
be able to speak to a contact at Britannia who is an
expert on their business needs and ongoing orders.
Britannia provides dedicated account management for
all of our retail clients, enabling us to develop strong

For instance, urgent orders of stickers with edited point
of sale information can often be delivered within 24 hours,
reducing a product’s time to store. By cutting lead times,
Britannia helps Cotton Legend to avoid the hidden costs
of garment packaging.
Britannia will invoice at source upon request. This means
that local orders can be paid for using local currencies
across our nine global locations, making invoices much
simpler to process and making administrative duties
quicker and easier for our customers.
Cotton Legend own a factory in China that specialises
in high price gift items, which are often luxuriously
packaged. It can be particularly difficult to make financial
transactions using foreign currencies in China, so our
flexible approach to billing makes it easier for Cotton
Legend to process orders and associated paperwork.
