Randy Lewis is the author of “No
Greatness Without Goodness,” the
powerful story of a corporate executive
who, after watching the world through
the eyes of his own child with autism, realized that
we all have a greater responsibility to make the
world a better place for everyone, including those
with disabilities.
Before retiring in 2013 as Senior Vice President,
Mr. Lewis led Walgreens’ logistics division for
sixteen years as the chain grew from 1,500
to 8,000 stores. Believing that people with
disabilities could do more, Lewis established a
disability employment model in the distribution
centers that resulted in 10% of its workforce
