16th March 2015 – Geollion Holdings announces new organizational structure
HONG KONG, 16th March 2015 Geollion Holdings is pleased to announce its new
organizational structure following the Group’s recent restructuring. The Group’s wholly and/or
partly owned subsidiaries include namely Zochtrade, Zochwell Group, Wee Kiat Motor, SP
Motorsports, Forcemula, Empowered Training, Frecoo, Intrillion Consultancy, Capillion
Technology, Stamford Education, Asia Capital Consultancy and Asia Property Development
Holdings.
Stamford Education is a recent venture by Geollion Holdings where is seeks to establish a total
of five enrichment and child-care centres in Singapore this year. The first two schools have
already been planned and operations will commence in May 2015.
Asia Property Development Holdings is another recent addition to Geollion Holdings where its
core business involves property development in emerging economies like Laos, Thailand and
Cambodia. Geollion Holdings’ currently has a very strong foothold in Singapore, Myanmar, Laos,
Malaysia and Hong Kong. The holding company’s subsidiary, Zochwell Group, a renowned
developer in Myanmar, has established themselves over the last 3 years and is currently
expanding their operations in Myanmar. For the year 2015, Geollion Holdings is looking at
increasing their presence in Thailand, Cambodia and China where the growth potential is
tremendously huge. The Group’s diverse interests into different industries and countries ensure
that they are cushioned from major economic and/or political blows and significantly lowered their
risks exposure.
