Company profile
Target group
The name Autefa Solutions represents companies with a long
tradition and a history of years of successful participation in
the market. These are the AUTEFA company in Friedberg
(Bavaria, Germany), the Austrian company Fehrer in Linz,
and the Italian companies F.O.R. and OCTIR in Biella. Since
2013 Strahm Hi- Tex from Switzerland belongs to Autefa
Solutions. The group owns a branch in North America and
with Autefa Solutions Wuxi a production facility in China.

Products / Services
Autefa Solutions Nonwovens Technology delivers turnkey lines as well as individual machines for nonwovens
manufacturing. The product range includes fiber preparation
machines, nonwovens cards as well as aerodynamic web
forming machines (Airlay), crosslappers and needle looms
for mechanical bonding. Autefa Solutions delivers equipment
for thermobonding, drying as well as cutting-, winding- and
festooning- technology.
Customized solutions for production and recycling of
composites with special view to carbon complete the
product range. These are machines and lines for the
precursor production, for carbon fiber production, as well as
for carbon fiber recycling (prepregs) and further processing
to nonwoven products.
Autefa Solutions Fiber Logistics Technology delivers fully
automatic baling presses for polyester and viscose staple
fibers.

As global market leader Autefa Solutions delivers its
machines and lines to all important nonwoven and staple
fiber producers. Autefa Solutions customers produce
e.g. artificial leather, filter products, paper-machine felts,
automotive felts, geotextiles, floor coverings, felts for
insulation and nonwovens for the hygiene industry.
Only a few high innovative customers are active in the
production of glass-fiber or carbon-fiber reinforced plastics.
