Experiential Learning Project Opportunities : The Two Koreas A Comparative Tour of North - South Divide PROJECT LOCATION South Korea and North Korea COMMUNITY PARTNER North Korea and South Korea Historically there were and are many divides and gaps within a country or among countries. A specfically designed tour visiting remarkable places of both North and South Korea for comparative study of cultural, socio-economic, political and military circumstances should emerge students with indepth discussion and consideration on the notions of reunification, rivalry, industrial and financial development, censorship and democracy. Possible Experiential Learning Activities Throughout the trips, students could be guided to make careful observation of all the sites and people they visit. Pre-departure, they should develop an observation plan with specific topics and foci defined and researched.
