single mould offers excellent insulation properties.
The insulation factor is comparable to a solid masonry wall measuring 80 cm thick.
Cold chamber tests have always produced top results.
No cold thermal bridges, no heat loss, low energy requirements. Moreover, this
construction method is absolutely waterproof and rotproof.
The overall body package includes the bonding technology for side panels and roof as
applied in aircraft construction and automotive engineering.
No through bolts are used to ensure absolute airtightness and weight reduction.

A unique idea has set standards,

For example the PUAL System, the unique construction with which Hymer has set

closed-pore PU foam guarantees a pleasant climate in summer and cosy warmth in

In the Hymermobil B-Class models, the multifunction double floor is also used for
underfloor heating. Together with the hot air heater, it creates a pleasant climate
in any season. All installed systems, battery and water tanks are housed protected
