The ultra light steel body is one of J&J’s most popular dump truck bodies. This one is 18½ feet long, 96 inches wide and 60 inches high. The truck also features light panels on both sides of the truck. The top panels are polished aluminum and the bottom panels are polished stainless steel. The medium-duty dump bodies are mounted on International trucks that were provided by Hunter’s Truck Center in Butler, PA. The Unity Township Public Works Department maintains approximately 140 miles of roads. Duties and responsibilities of the road crew include paving, winter maintenance, ditch cleaning, removal of fallen trees along with many other tasks.
