IESV 2015 - Global Tech Bridge

IESV 2015 AGENDA
Innovation and Entrepreneurship in the Silicon Valley
March 23-27, 2015
WORKSHOP GOALS
Silicon Valley is one of the foremost ecosystems of innovation, investment, and
entrepreneurship in the world, and has remained a leader in new company creation and early
start-up investment from its inception.
Globaltech Bridge designed this workshop to give attendees insight into this unique
ecosystem through lectures and practical workshops, highlighting the importance of
innovation, differences in business culture, best practices in marketing and sales strategies,
investor criteria when considering at a company, and legal/intellectual property issues to keep
in mind.
The workshop will be supplemented with visits to corporations, universities, and incubators
that support the Silicon Valley’s innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem on a daily basis.
Participants will work on real business plans and investor presentations, and will be
encouraged to attend local networking events for an in-depth immersive experience into
Silicon Valley culture.
Globaltech has successfully carried out this program for over seven years, helping to inspire
countless entrepreneurs, students, professors, and government officials to adopt the latest
innovation practices, and to promote entrepreneurship in their home countries.
