Pranešimas žiniasklaidai June 1, 2015 AB K2 LT has successfully completed the placement of shares and attracted new investors Bank Finasta and M&A International Baltic acting as co-managers have completed the placement of new shares of K2 LT, whose main activity - cremation services. Orion Securities has also contributed as a sales agent. By properly structuring new equity offering, 1 million euros for company activities expansion was attracted during the non-public offering of shares, as well as over 65 new investors with a total investment of more than 4 million euros became company new shareholders. „We are proud to be part of K2 LT success story. Finasta saw the huge potential of the company and supported it from a very beginning, when the project was still in a greenfield stage. We are happy to see company‘s continuous steps in attracting new capital for the development and future growth. This is a great example for the capital markets, how existing shareholders attract new investors by offering them an independent management board election and a clear and constant dividend payment policy. When organizing the private placement and introducing the project for the limited number of investors, Finasta saw the great interest from the market. This project shows that if properly structured, financing through capital markets is a great alternative long term financing source not only for large companies, but also for small and medium enterprises (SME). We encourage more SME to choose this path.“ – said Andrej Cyba, Chairman of the Board, Bank Finasta. "In the middle of 2014 K2 LT shareholders hired M&A International Baltic with the aim of finding an investor for the company. After several rounds of negotiations with a large number of regional and Western Europe financial and strategic investors, it was decided to supplement offering with the possibility to place shares during non-public offering and listing equity in the alternative First North market. We are happy that K2 LT received adequate market evaluation and thank all of those who contributed to the successful completion of this transaction - the co-manager bank Finasta, law firm Dominas & Partners and placement agent Orion Securities. We hope that the first Lithuanian company on the First North market will quickly gain followers."- said Šarūnas Skyrius, partner in M&A International Baltic. M&A International Baltic is also the certified adviser of K2 LT. K2 LT became the first Lithuanian company, whose shares were listed on the First North alternative market. _________________________ About bank Finasta Bank Finasta managed by Invalda INVL was founded in 2008.
