WHO ARE WE?
We are a local 501(c)(3) non-profit agency providing
services to individuals with developmental
disabilities and their families.
The Arc of Outagamie was formed in 1956, and The
Arc of Neenah-Menasha was formed in 1957. In
2006, both agencies merged to form The Arc Fox
Cities, Inc. In July, 2014 we changed our name to
SOAR Fox Cities. We have been around for 58 years!
WHAT DO WE DO?
We provide services and programs to promote the general welfare of individuals
with developmental disabilities.
We empower and support families in problem solving and decision making to
provide services for persons with disabilities and their families.
We cooperate and collaborate with other community agencies in the Fox Cities.

like this! "Glow 4 It Fox Cities" starts in a party zone,
under blacklights with a light show and great music.
Along your route, there will be multiple party/fitness
zones where we'll be illuminating you with blacklights
and pumping the tunes to keep you moving.

The finish line will be one big party with lasers, glow
sticks, blacklights and a DJ to keep you up and dancing.
