Technical Specification of 3-Channel ECG Machine with print & digital view
The ECG machine should operate on mains (220 V - 50 Hz) and rechargeable battery.
The recorder should run minimum of 4 hours on fully charged battery.
It should provide facility to record following reads.
Standard Lead (the limb reads or bipolar limb reads) : I, II & III.
Augmented Limb Leads : AVL, AVR & AVF.
Chest Leads (the unipolar or v-leads) : From v1, to v6.
Should be provided with terminal for a good earth connection to precrude Electrical
disturbances while recording. Electrodes of paediatric sizes for use in Newborn, infants, and
paediatric patients must be provided
It should record on standard universal thermal printer paper available in India.
It should record the paper at a speed of 25mm per second.
Post sale services and maintenance should be available.
Should have an LCD display of atleast 3”. with good resolution
should be able to be connected HIMS/LAN (optional)

X-RAY GENERATOR:
High Frequency X-Ray Generator having frequency of 50KHz or more should be
provided.
Power output of generator should be 40KW or more.
Radiographic KV Range should be 40 to 125KV.
mA Range (Rad.): 450mA or more.
Exposure time (Rad.): 1ms to 3Sec.
mAs Range (Rad.): 0.5 to 200mAs.
CONTROL:
A very compact, Soft Touch Control Panel having following functions & indications
should be provided. The panel can be supplied in Floor or Wall mount with Spill Proof
design.

Anatomical Programming Radiography (i.e. APR) should be provided in which KV and
mAs are automatically selected depending upon the physique of the patient and part of
the body to be X-Rayed.
Anatomical Programming should be of minimum 200 programmes.
A dual action hand switch with retractable cord should be provided for Radiation
Protection of Operator. There should be provision for a infraRED cordless Exposure
switch also.
There should be provision of auto shut off of Control if no key is pressed for 10Min.
X-RAY TUBE:
One No. Dual focus Rotating Anode X-Ray tube thermally protected.
Anode heat storage capacity of tube should be more than 100KHU.
One Pair of 8 meter H.V. Cable.
One No. Collimator with auto shut off facility should be provided.
HV TANK:
A very compact H.V. Tank filled with high dielectric transformer oil should be provided.
The H.V. Tank should contain H.V. transformer, Filament Transformers, H.V. Rectifiers
& H.V. Cable receptacles.
TUBE STAND:
Floor to Ceiling Stand with Counter Balanced Tube Head (Rotatable ± 180 Degree), 360

Longitudinal movement of tabletop should be more than 400mm & transverse
movement should be more than 160mm. It should have height adjustment facility.
The Table should consists of motorized reciprocating bucky with Imported Grid of size
17 ¼” x 18 7/8” & of Ratio 8:1 – 85 lines/inch.
The Bucky should cover the entire length of the table and should be locked at any
desired position by an Electromagnetic lock.
The tabletop should be made of low radiation absorption, waterproof material.
Table Accessories like stainless steel cassette tray, Compression band should be
provided.
VERTICAL BUCKY STAND:
Vertical Bucky Stand with oscillating Grid of Ratio 8:1, 85 lines/inch is to be provided.
The Bucky should move up & down & should be equipped with a stainless steel
cassette tray.
The stand should be floor-mounted type & can accommodate cassettes up to 14” X
17”. The Bucky is tilted in 6 steps of 15 degree Angle each for various Radiographs.
POWER REQUIREMENT: The unit should be operable on 3 Phase, 440Volts AC 50Hz
with line resist less than 0.4 Ohms. Line Regulation +10%.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Unit should be approved by B.I.S. (Bureau of Indian Standards) for Mechanical &
Electrical Safety.
The unit should be approved by AERB
Offered Model should be European CE ROHS and US FDA for complete system. Please
attach certificate copy along with tender document.
The X ray generator, X ray tube, Collimator and Table Bucky Should be form same
manufacture.
The company should have a local Service center.
