Monday – Friday, 40 hour work week / some weekends required

Golf Canada is the governing body of golf in Canada, representing more than 322,000 members at 1,500 clubs

Golf Canada is responsible for promoting participation in and a passion for the game of golf in Canada.
Main duties:
 Manage general ledger and month-end closing process
 Perform monthly balance sheet account reconciliations, including bank reconciliations
 Manage accounts receivable and collections
 Process sponsor invoicing
 Process Sales, including month-end reconciliations
 Process Calgary facility Coaches' pay
 Complete HST/QST/BC sales tax remittances
 Process recurring monthly payments
 Assist in Accounting support for the Golf Canada Foundation
 Assist at Professional Championships
Required skills:
 Experience in Accounting (2-4 years)
 Designation not required

Post secondary education in Finance, Commerce or Accounting, or equivalent work experience
 Ability to meet deadlines and work in fast-paced environment
 Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
 Flexibility and demonstrated ability to be a team player
 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
 Golf knowledge and French considered an asset
