Release Statement
I/We the undersigned hereby certify that I (we) am
(are) the parent(s) or legal guardian(s) of the camper.
I(We) hereby give permission for the staff of the
Camp to seek appropriate medical attention for the
camper and for the medical attention to be given and
for the camper to receive medical attention in the
event of accident, injury, or illness. I will be
responsible for any and all costs of medical attention
and treatment. I/We, the undersigned for ourselves,
our heirs, executors and administrators waive, release
and forever discharge the staff, officers, agents,
employees, representatives and successors of
Goodpasture’s Soccer School and assign of and from
all rights and claims for damages, injury or loss to
person or property which may be sustained or occur
during participating in Camp activities or while at
Camp, whether or not damages, injury or loss is due
to negligence. I/We hereby acknowledge that our
child is physically fit and mentally capable of
participating in soccer camp activities.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What do I bring?
A: Each player needs to be properly
equipped to play including soccer shoes
(cleats and indoor/tennis), shinguards,
and athletic clothing. They will also
need to bring a water bottle and
sunscreen. Please do not bring any
valuables or large amounts of money.
Each camper will receive a t-shirt.
Q: Do I bring my own ball?
A: Yes. Each session will be planned by
the instructor as if each child has their
own ball.
Q: Will there be lunch?
A: No. There will be a small amount of
time set aside for campers to eat a snack
between sessions. No food will be
provided or sold. Water will be
provided for all campers.
Q: What time should I be there?
A: Camp begins on Monday at 8:00. You
will need to be about 15 minutes early
on the first day to take care of final
registration. Coaches will be there at
7:30 AM every morning for early
arrivals.
Q: Will I receive confirmation?
A: Campers will be called or e-mailed to
confirm and answer any questions that
parents may have.
Q: Where do I report?
A: Camp drop off and pick up will be at the
Goodpasture High School Practice
Soccer Field parking lot near the softball
field.
Q: Will there be goalkeeper training.
A: Yes! If we have enough goalkeepers we
will have a goalkeeper coach.

The Directors
Bryan Ayer is the Head Boys’ and Girls’
Coach at Goodpasture High School. Ayer is
in entering his 8th season at Goodpasure.
His 2008 men’s team finished 7th in the
state. Ayer is a graduate of Lipscomb
University where he served as a captain his
senior year.

Ethan Huffard is the Head Boys’ Soccer
Coach at Ezell Harding. Huffard is entering
his 12th year at Ezell. Prior to heading up
the soccer program at Ezell, he played for
Lipscomb University for four years serving
as captain his senior year.

The Goodpasture Soccer School is designed
for the purpose of improving a player’s
technical ability and tactical capacity. The
camp will emphasize skill in a challenging
and enjoyable setting. For both the
