Keep your children fit, health and happy through dance.
Tuesdays - Over 3, 1.30pm to 2.15pm & Under 3, 2.15 pm to 3pm
Ballet -For children 4 -6 year olds , Wednesdays 4pm to 4.30pm
For children 7 -9 year olds , Wednesdays 5pm to 5.30pm
Jazz -For children 4 - 6 year olds , Wednesdays 4.30pm to 5.00pm
For children 7 - 9 year olds, Wednesdays , 5.30pm to 600pm
Exercise
Walking Group - A friendly and casual group of people who like to
walk, get fit and have fun whilst making new friends. Meets at the
house on Tuesdays at 9.15am
Yogies– Tutor: Stephanie Yap, Yoga for children aged 5 to 12. Learn
relaxation and concentration techniques, keep fit and have fun with
other kids. Thursdays 5pm - 6pm
Yoga for Adults– Tutor: Stephanie Yap, Gentle Yoga with yoga
postures, breathing practices and relaxation. Thursdays 7.30pm -8.45pm
Pilates and Body Bands - Tutor: Trish McCoy. Keep fit, increase
metabolism and have fun with a clinical practitioner Tuesday 7pm to
8pm
Gentle Pilates - Tutor: Trish McCoy. For people with mobility issues,
keep fit and flexible with chair and standing positions. (Seeking
expressions of Interest) Thursdays 2.00pm –3.00pm
Self Defense - Learning the basics of how to stop an attacker so that
escaping is feasible is the number one thing to learn. It’s about taking
the advantage of time and space when disabling an attacker and using
that to get away. Mondays 7.00pm (Seeking Expressions of Interest
now)

We are a registered childcare provider. Do your shopping, studies or attend your appointments while your children are cared for by our highly experienced and qualified
childcare workers.
Each session has no more than 13 children and each child will experience a caring,
nurturing and learning environment. Children develop their social skills and you get
some time out to do what you want!
Busy Bees requires a term payment and OCC has term payments available or a pay as you go option.
