for you. This is a medium aged white cheddar
filled with black and green olives, with a touch
of pimento. Jalapeno poppers are great with this
cheese. Add the cheese with a little chorizo, stuff
the peppers and wrap it in bacon. Place it under
broiler for a few minutes, until the bacon cooks
/Lb. thru. It is also great on burgers or sandwiches.
Black River Crumbled Gorgonzola Cheese
Gorgonzola is the predecessor of blue cheese. It is
less salty and has a more melon freshness to the
taste. Also it is not as dry as blue cheese. This is
a great cheese to use as a sauce for grilled meats
and dips. Blend it into butter for meat and seafood.
