Hall of Fame Banquet
The Portage High School Hall of Fame banquet honoring the 2015 inductees will be held:
Saturday, July 25, 2015
Dino’s Restaurant, Portage WI
Cost = $25 per person
Social Event from 5:30 pm to 6:15 pm
Dinner from 6:15 to 7:00
Induction Ceremony begins at 7:00 pm
Tickets to the Hall of Fame banquet may be purchased at the Portage Community School
District Administration Building located at 305 E. Slifer Street, Portage WI. Or you can mail your
check payable to GPYEF, Inc to PO Box 872, Portage WI 53901 and your tickets will be mailed.

The Greater Portage Youth Education Foundation is proud to be the sponsor of the PHS Hall of
Fame. Since its inception in 2003, there have been 48 individuals and 8 PHS teams inducted
into the PHS Hall of Fame, including the class of 2015. Inductees were installed annually from
2003 through 2009, and every other year since then. A complete list of all inductees can be
found here.
The PHS Hall of Fame is supported solely through tax-deductible donations received by
individuals and businesses to GPYEF, and by fundraisers sponsored by GPYEF. This includes the
Hall of Fame Golf Outing which is held annually at Portage Country Club. To donate to GPYEF
and the PHS Hall of Fame, please go to our “Donations” tab on this web site.
The next HOF class will be announced in spring of 2017. Nomination applications are now being
accepted. All previous nominees that have not been inducted are still on file and will be
considered. Please complete and return the nomination form by April 1, 2017.
