Eligibility - Division based on wrestler’s grade during the 2014-2015 School year.
Team Entry Fee: $495 per team entry, (2) Coaches Passes & Table Worker for Free Entry.
**All Teams must make non-refundable $100 deposit to secure entry.**
Teams must provide an adult table worker for each match assignment.
All Wrestlers must have NUWAY Membership or Register $17 for NUWAY. Example, MYWAY, OHIOWAY,

Location – Kellogg Arena ~ 1 McCamly Square Battle Creek, Michigan 49017
Elementary 6th Grade & Under Division, Weight Classes: 45, 50, 55, 60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95, 105, 115, 125, HWT
HS 7th-12th Weight Classes: 92 & Under, 97 102 110 117 125 135 145 155 165 180 200 & HWT (max 297)
Weigh-Ins – Friday 5/1 at Kellogg Arena 6:30 – 8:00 PM or Saturday Morning 5/3 at 7:00 – 7:30 AM organized as Teams,
Coaches should be present at weigh-ins with team and completed roster form. Wrestlers must weigh-in wearing Singlet or Gym
Shorts (not boxer shorts) Headgear Optional, Mouth Guard required for any wrestler wearing orthodontics. (Skin Checks)
Hotel: McCamly Plaza – Tournament Special Rate: (Connected to Arena) For Tournament Rate must mention: Midwest Grand Challenge.
Excellent Sports Lounge serves Hot Breakfast. Starbucks Coffee in Arena Lobby. Fire Keepers Casino only 10 Minutes away.
Wrestling Date & Time – May 2nd 2015 Coaches meeting at 9:00 am inside the Arena ~ All Wrestling starts at 9:30 am
Format – Pools and Round Robin format based on final number of teams, last year hosted teams from 7 states.
Each Team must provide a Table Worker for the tournament & will get Free Admission into the Arena.
Match Times: – HS (3) Ninety Second Periods. Elementary Division (3) One Minute Periods.
Awards- Top 4 teams will receive a beautiful plaque & medals. Custom Shirts for team Champs, 2 Outstanding Wrestler
Awards per division, (2) MVP Plaques for Finals teams in each Division.
Admission - $20.00 per person ~ Students $10.00 ~ Children ages 8 & under Free. (DOORS OPEN AT 8:30 AM)
*Weigh-Ins will count & carryover for potential Grappling Event Sunday May 3rd @ Kellogg Arena.
