(“Jim”) McKelvey, the Co-Founder and former Chairman, and now current Director of
Square, Inc. has been named Special Adviser to Green Visor Capital.

former Chairman, and now current Director of Square, Inc. has been named a Special
Adviser to Green Visor Capital. In addition to his successes at Square, Jim has helped
launched several notable organizations, including LaunchCode, a non-profit enterprise
that trains and places emerging engineering talent into top tier institutions, and SixThirty,
a St. Louis-based FinTech Accelerator. Jim graduated from Washington University with
dual degrees in Economics and Computer Science.
