About The Benefiting Charities
The Outreach & Revitalization Association
Because we care, Greenwin Inc. created The Outreach &
Revitalization Association (ORA). Our commitment through ORA
is to make change within our extended communities, starting with
the people who live in them. We enrich the quality of life in priority
neighbourhoods through revitalized housing initiatives and social
programming. This is achieved through interactive community
involvement with the private sector (landlords and property
managers), residents, and government.
Our objectives are to understand and isolate problems of suburban
development, socioeconomic deprivation, and cultural dislocation.
We aim to open lines of communication in order to determine and
address issues that will empower our residents and surrounding
communities, ultimately resulting in increased resident satisfaction.
