Available Times:
Minimum cost & flat rate for all parties for up
to 20 children
$220
$12 per extra child
Deposit: A deposit of $50 is required at the
time of booking to hold your position. This
deposit is fully refundable if the party is
cancelled a minimum 7 days before. The
deposit will not be refunded if the party
is cancelled after this time.
The final numbers are due 5 working
days and payment is due 3 working days
before the party. No refund will be
made for lesser numbers on the day,
however if there are additional
children who attend you will be
invoiced for these due a maximum of 7
days after the party.
This is for insurance purposes.
Please note: If there are children
under the age of 3 there needs to be
a minimum of 1 adult to 3 children to
observe throughout the entire
session.
If you have not tidied the eating
area within 30 minutes of the
booking extra fees will apply. We
are charging the minimum
possible for these parties and any
extra time the staff are here
increases the cost of the party.

Parties!
Tea Tree Gully Gymsports is pleased to provide
the option of having your child’s next birthday
party with us!


As the largest Gymnastics club in South
Australia we have an extensive range of
equipment and facilities available for your
birthday party. We are fully heated and air
conditioned, so no need to worry about the
weather!
Party covers:

Use of the gymnastics area for 1.5 hours

Fun and energetic staff who will make
your child’s experience unforgettable

Use of our kitchen facilities (fridge,
freezer, oven & stove) for the 2 hours of
your session

Indoor or Outdoor tables and seating
There are two food areas available. One
indoors and one outdoors. All sessions are
required to have the Gymnastics session in the
first 1.5 hours of the party with the eating time
in the last half an hour.
Under no circumstances will you be allowed
back on the equipment after eating.


First Hour and a half - Equipment use
(run by Tea Tree Gully Gymsport coaches)
Last half an hour- Eating time (run by Parent/
Caregiver)
Fully self-catered - All food/drinks, plates and cutlery must be provided by you.

own risk, Tea Tree Gully Gymsports takes no responsibility
for any allergies or illnesses*
You will have 30 minutes from the end of the booking to
tidy the eating area and exit the venue.
Rules



You may choose to run a Kindergym or
Gymnastics For All or themed session.
Kindergym sessions will be a play based session
designed for children under the age of 5.
Gymnastics for All sessions are designed for
children over the age of 5 and include group games, circuits and free play.
Circuits or free time - or both!
Extras

You may hire our BBQ for the cost of $10 (subject
to change at any time)

We can play 2 party games within the session
where a winner receives a prize. This prize is to be
supplied by you.
For example; musical statues, longest bar hang,
balance beam gladiators, pit long jump.

No food or drink on any areas where
there is blue matting
No shoes or socks for those using the
equipment (safety reasons)
No attempting skills that the coaches
have not allowed you to do
Adults to wear flat shoes ONLY when
in the gym
You are welcome to decorate your eating
area with balloons etc. - however these must
be taken with you when you leave.
All coaches are accredited under Gymnastics
Australia, hold an Apply First Aid Certificate
and Working with Children Check.
