Petitioner has approached this Court since the om
petitioner has not been issued internship certificate and the degree certificate of M.B.B.S. Though the caste claim of the petitioner B
is pending before the respondent no.5­Committee, the petitioner has already completed M.B.B.S. course and also completed the internship. In that view of the matter, though directions have been issued by this Court to the respondent no.5­Committee to decide the claim of the petitioner the claim is not yet decided.

Petitioner cannot be penalised on account of non­
