I have copied part of an email we received last week. This is testament to the hard work of all of our teachers! “My grateful thanks for the visit I made to Hampton Hill School last week while visiting the Wellington region for Accelerated Literacy Learning. I just wanted to say what a hugely enjoyable and beneficial visit I had to your school. I was so impressed with the way your teachers have taken some key elements of Accelerated Literacy Learning and seen the potential for alignment with your school ways of working. The evidence you have of school thinking and discussion (on your whiteboard and walls) is testament to some great leadership in inquiry.” 26 June—Quiz Night—fundraiser 30 June BoT meeting 5pm (Data) 3 July— Wheels Day 3 July— Last day of Term 2 @ 3pm Assembly Friday at 2.30pm Room 2—hosts After School Programme [email protected] phone 021 594 646 Our teachers truly live our vision of “Grow People to Thrive” and are always working towards being the most effective teachers that we can be.
