1. Time-out device tryout
The board of directors agrees to allow Mr. Mohamed Benkreira to utilize his time-out
device during the next Junior National Championships.
If any problems should occur, we will ask Mr. Benkreira to pull away the device
immediately.

2. Teleconference presence at the AGM
The board of directors discussed of the proposal by the Team Handball Ontario president,
Mr. Nick Cuddemi, to have the right to participate at the AGM via the videoconference
or teleconference. The board of directors decided that it will be possible to attend the
meeting via those two possibilities but the participant will have no voting rights.
The CTHF will have to modify the constitution to allow the absent person to be part of
the AGM.
The cost should be paid by the provinces not attending in person.

3. CTHF yearly progress
The board of directors agrees to submit at the AGM a yearly progress of what the CTHF
accomplished and what was not accomplished (and reasons why) during this past year
based on the planned goals stablished in the beginning of this boarding mandate. Reports
of all members of the board are being collected to create such evaluation.

Since the VP Coaches, Mr. Hans Kuehnen, advised through
G;e email he would not attend
the next AGM the board of directors discussed his role in
G;the Federation. The number of
complaints from coaches was brought to attention as well the frequent absence from the
board meetings. A new meeting with Mr. Kuehnen will be scheduled.

4. 2014-2015 Budget
The financial statement could be completed with difficulty since we are waiting for a
grant of more than 22 000$ from the COC, for the two last preparation tour maid by the
Senior Men National Team. More details should follow after the reception of the awaited
grant.
5. Membership affiliation responses
It seems that some provinces misunderstood the request about the affiliation chart sent by
the president of the CTHF.
The CTHF will send a reminder to the provinces that have not fully completed the
requested chart. This reminder should be sent only to the provinces that have not
completed correctly the chart and to the provinces that did not send the chart.
It is important that they include the paying affiliated players and those that don’t require a
payment.
The president also asked to send in a separate e-mail a reminder for the provinces that
haven’t provided their payment.
6. CTHF Constitution / Hosting agreement / Rules and Regulations
The president is requesting an analysis of the following documents by all of members of
the board of directors.

The documents that have to be overseen are the following:
- The CTHF Constitution
- The Nationals Hosting Agreement
- The Rule and Regulations for the National Championships
After this review, the CTHF will proceed with the appropriate modifications.

7. IHF meeting report
G;e
The CTHF president participated in a special meeting with
G; the IHF during the Senior
Men World Championships.
The president was not impressed with those meeting, since there were no important
subjects to be talked about.
The IHF was proud to confirm that Handball was a sport free of drugs.
The PATHF was happy to announce an agreement with Qatar Airlines in connection with
a partnership with the Spain Federation.
The president will translate the contract which is all in Spanish and make it available to
all members. All the questions about duration and costs will be later clarified together
with PATHF.
8. Pan Am Championships comments
The CTHF president is reporting to the board of director’s members the comments maid
by the general secretary of the PATHF about our non-participation to the next Pan Am
Championships.
The PATHF is disappointed with CTHF decision since they claim to have sent the
schedule well in advance.
Despite these comments, the president wants to acknowledge that PATHF is changing.
This group is trying hard and they are concerned about the North-American situation.
9. Ontario NCCP course request
The Team Handball Ontario requested a NCCP course for April 25th. The CTHF
president asked to Mr. Ward Hrabi and Mr. François LeBeau to prepare the coaching
course for that date. Six to eight participants are expected to attend.

10. Anti doping (CCES)
The president of the CTHF spoke with the responsible of the CCES program in
December 2015. This organisation confirmed the cost of 3000$ (the minimum payment
possible) for having these tests; which according the new COC regulation is mandatory
for all Olympic sports.

These tests will be performed during the Senior National
Championship and it will allow
G;e
our teams to participate in the next Pan Am Games. These
G; tests are mandatory.
11. Chaperon during Pan Am Games
Mr. Ward Hrabi was advised that he will supervise the chaperoning of the anti-doping
agent from the court to the room where the tests are taken during the Pan Am Games.
12. IHF Trophy
The CTHF received an information from the IHF that concerns the date change of the
IHF Trophy continental phase.
The IHF consider this decision as final as they can’t modify the dates of the tournament.
The CTHF president asked to the CTHF COO to write once again to Mr. Hristo
Boskoski.
13. Other subjects
No other subjects where added.
