The camp is for any High school student in the Harrisburg School District that would like to play football in the 2015-2016 school year.! ! What will I learn by going to camp?! The 2013 Football Summer Camp is designed to teach the physical and mental skills of the game of football to any student that is interested in pursuing a goal to ! be a football player at Harrisburg High School. During the camp the athletes will learn the rules of the game, offensive/defensive terminology used at the high school and middle school levels, position specific drills and techniques, and how to become the best teammate possible. Lastly, the most important concept that we hope to instill in each summer camper is a passion for the game of football.! ! Is the summer camp mandatory if I want to play football in 2013-2014?! ! Summer camp is simply a very good opportunity for your child to improve their skills in the game of football. We do highly recommend they attend but it is not mandatory. We will be installing a lot of our defensive and offensive schemes, which will have a huge role in the success our team has this upcoming season. ! ! What do I need to bring to camp?! ! Football Cleats (no metal baseball cleats)! ! Proper attire based on weather, shorts and t-shirt is great! ! Great Attitude and willingness to work hard!! ! Where will camp be located?! ! The summer camps will be held at our High School Football complex.! ! Will camp still continue if inclement arises?! ! We will do everything possible to have camp. If need be we will go inside to the ! gymnasium. Please bring tennis shoes when in doubt. ! ! What time does camp start and end?! ! High School 9:30AM - 12:00PM! !
