Send customized Sponsorship Packets to past years sponsors and do follow up calls/emails. Call and send follow up emails to past participants and team captains to remind and encourage them to sign up for this year’s walk. Remind your participants and teams to utilize social media. Make sure they are posting the link to the personal fundraising pages on Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn, with short calls to action that include a short statistic about HD or one of HDSA’s many programs and services. Encourage your participants to take advantage of DonorDrive to send out emails with links to donate.
