Participants shall be Brunei citizens or permanent residents and shall be 18 years old or above at the time of the Treasure Hunt. 2. Participants shall compete in teams of two people. 3. Participants shall be currently studying at sixth form centres, universities or colleges in Brunei Darussalam. 4. Registration fees are non-‐refundable and are required to be submitted according to the payment details given below. 5. Participants are required to arrive at least 30 minutes before flag off or may be disqualified. 6. Participants are required to wear the AMBD Day 2015 Treasure Hunt shirt provided, which is free size. 7. There is a limit on the number of teams who are able to compete in the Treasure Hunt and hence entry in the Treasure Hunt is on a first-‐come basis. 8. All challenges MUST be completed within 2 hours after flag off. 9. Photos are required for all Treasure Hunt challenges for judging purposes. As such, photos shall be clear. 10. Participants may surf the internet during the Treasure Hunt. 11. The team to complete the most challenges in the shortest amount of time and having the greatest number of correct answers will be declared the winner. 12. All challenges will be verified by the respective challenge judges. 13. AMBD’s decision in declaring the winners and the positions of the participants shall be final. 14. AMBD accepts no responsibility and shall not be liable for any personal injury or death (save for personal injury or death caused by AMBD's negligence) and for any loss or damage to property suffered by the participant which arises in connection with the participant's participation in the Treasure Hunt. 15. AMBD reserves the right to amend these rules and regulations at any time without prior notice. I have read and understood the rules and regulations above and agree to be bound by them.
