Congratulations to the HFCS Brain Brawl team
for competing in the Diocesan Brain Brawl
Competition! Bridgid D, Catherine G, James M,
Eric P, Sergio S, and Mary S participated in the
competition. They spent countless hours after
school and during their lunch breaks practicing
the material. A special thank you to Mrs. Partain
for coaching the students!
Congratulations to the following students in grades 5 - 8 for winning their homeroom Spelling Bee
Competitions: Nicky A and Alex B (5M), Clinton A and Tony A (5O), Alejandro R and Alexa
S (6G), Tyler E and Madison R (6L), Sergio S and Patrick S (7S), Christa A and Erin K (7T),
Julian A and Anna H (8H), and Joseph E and Josh E (8M). Those students advanced to the
school-wide Spelling Bee competition. After 15 rounds, Sergio S won the HFCS Spelling Bee.

Bishop Kenny High School Auction 2015
Consider attending Bishop Kenny’s 29th annual auction on Saturday, March 21, 2015, at 6 p.m. Tickets are
available for $100 per couple or $50 for a single ticket. Dinner and dessert provided by Carrabba’s Italian Grill
and Bruster’s Ice Cream. Complimentary drinks included.
