Parker Uniform, Gone Logo & the Used Uniform
Sale will be held on Monday, July 13th, 2015
2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. in the Activity Center
(Parker is also planning to be at TMP Mon, July 20th)
The dress code will remain the same for 2015-2016 &
can be found in the handbook on the HFE website.
Any donated used uniforms need turned in to HFE by
Friday, July 10th! Feel free to leave outside the office
doors if we are closed.

You’ll stop by the first table in the cafeteria to
grab your family folder. Tables will be set up to
fill out paperwork. When you’re finished, you’ll
rotate around to each table (i.e. Preschool, Spirit
Shirts, After School Care, Cafeteria, etc.) and end
up at the payment tables where a staff member
will total up your enrollment receipt, collect your
payment & folder of paperwork. If you’re wanting
to set up a payment plan, you can stop by the
very last payment table and see the office staff.
You are required to stop at every table & will get
a stamp before moving on to the next table.
Physical/medical forms for PS/K students are due
at this time! You may not enroll unless you are
cleared with your priest & all payments are up to
date.
**Enrollment is mandatory to attend!
School Fees
Registration Fee: $575/child ($1,800 cap if you have
4+ children between HFE/TMP)
This fee includes the technology & activity fees.
Home & School Fee: $5/family
Spirit Shirt: $8/short-sleeved, $14/long-sleeved (you only have
to order as needed – students wear these every Wednesday)
Yearbook: $10.00 per book, optional (you will receive each
yearbook at the following year’s enrollment)
Preschool Fee: $230/month (Sept. fee is due at enrollment –
can pay whole year or by semester if desired)

Meals: you choose the amount to put in each child’s lunch
account, see more details below
The only fees that do not apply to a Preschooler
are Tuition & Meals!
Meals
Meal prices have been adjusted for the 2015-2016
school year and are as follows:
Tuition
For our families who are Non-Catholic, or Catholic but
not registered at a Heartland Parish, a tuition payment
will be due at the middle of each month. For both NonCatholic families and Catholic Non-Registered families,
the fee is $4,500 per year per child, or $450 per month
for 10 months.
Bills will be sent out at the beginning of each month in
your child’s bookbag. Heartland Parishes include: IHM,
St. Joseph, St. Nicholas, Comeau Campus Center, Our
Lady Help of Christians (Antonino), St. Anthony
(Schoenchen), St. Catherine (Catherine), and St.
Francis (Munjor).
Preschool Attire
PS wears the grey Spirit Shirts like the rest of
the school on Wednesdays. On Mon, Tues & Thurs,
PS students wear navy Preschool shirts. Both are $8
short-sleeved, $14 long-sleeved. Sweat shirts are
available: a crew neck for $20 & a hoodie for $24.
Bottoms must either be solid navy, grey, white,
black or khaki. Shoes must all be closed-toed.
Bottoms do not have to be a certain brand. All
tops are ordered at enrollment. Socks &
accessories follow our Uniform Policy!
Breakfast for all students: $1.25
Lunch for KP-5th grade: $2.25
Lunch for 6th grade: $2.35
Extra Milk: $.40
(extra milk is only available for students in 3rd-6th grade)
Cookies cost $.25 each and are available only to
students in 4th-6th grade; students can simply bring a
quarter with them when they would like one.
An application for Free & Reduced meals will be
included in each family’s enrollment folder. We strongly
encourage our families to apply as quickly as possible, as
it is beneficial to our families & to our school through
reimbursements from the Food & Nutrition program!
Guests may join us for lunch by calling the office before
9:00 a.m. the day of to make a reservation. Guest meals
will be $4.00 for adults and $2.00 for children. We need
reservations for Papa Murphy’s Pizza Day the Tuesday
morning in advance.
You can put any amount on your child’s lunch account.
We encourage you to sign up for Powerschool
Announcements to receive e-mail notices when the
account is low. We send out hard copy lunch reminders
once a week, so please be sure to check your child’s
folder & bookbag each day. All lunch checks should be
made out to HFE, and please indicate in the memo that
it is for lunch and the amount desired for each child.
