HTR extends our open account terms to approved public safety forces, or to companies who
have an account established with us. Minimum order for billing is $25.00. HTR will compute
shipping charges and add* to invoice.

One of the services we offer to our customers is a 24-hour replacement or
loaner tool. We want to make sure that at no time are you without proper
extrication equipment. If at anytime a piece of extrication equipment provided
by us breaks down, you simply have to call our office and we will have a
replacement or loaner tool at your department within 24-hours . If one of our
Service Technicians is unavailable to make an on-site repair, you will be left with
an equivalent piece of equipment during the time your equipment is at our
facility.
If the tools we have provided are used and out of date, we will do our best to
provide a similar tool during that period.

Intermediate Stabilization:
This class covers basic vehicle preparation, stabilization using
cribbing & chocks and moves into Tension Buttress Stabilization using Kodiak & Grizzly Systems. Once
the fundamentals are mastered, vehicles will be placed in precarious positions to test the abilities of the
crew. This class requires a machine on-site capable of positioning vehicles; such as an end loader.
Maximum Hydraulic Tools Use:
This class will instruct rescuers how to utilize the full
capabilities of their spreaders, cutters & rams. Evolutions will include: Purchase point techniques on late

model automobiles, basic door pops, roof removals, 5 door maneuvers, 3 door maneuvers, dash lifts &
roll-ups. Tips on what to avoid, coordinating an extrication plan & how to handle new and exotic metals
will also be covered.
High Pressure Lifting Bags 101:
More often than not, rescuers learn how to setup their air
bag system once and that is the last time they are handled until being pulled out on a real incident. This
class will provide the understanding of how they operate, information needed before beginning the lift, the
capabilities of the bags and their misconceptions and most importantly – how to use them to lift various
sized and shaped objects.
“ROLL OVER” Incidents:
Simple extrications take a new twist when the car is no longer on four
wheels. The class will deal with handling cars on their roofs, hoods, sides, under large vehicles and
