Aquatics Schedule Spring 2015 Sunday 5:30-8:00 Up to four lanes can be made available during open swim times. Lane sharing may be needed at this time. Open Swim 8:00-9:00 Aqua Fit Please note on evenings from 5:00-7:00 the pool is heavily used. 8:00-9:00 Aqua Masters 9:00-1:00 Open Swim Children under the age of 10 should be accompanied by an adult at all times in the pool area. Pool will be closed during scheduled swim meets. 5:30-6:30 Master Swim 9:00-10:00 H20 Feeling Fit Diving or jumping off the blocks is strictly prohibited. One lap lane and/or open swim area will be available at ALL times. (Swimming skill not required) Master Swim Program (TTH 5:30-6:30AM) High intensity, lap swimming Want an intense water workout? Training for a triathlon? Join us and improve upon your stroke technique and start the morning off right with this high intensity workout! H20 Feeling Fit (MWF 9:00-10:00AM) Low-Medium intensity, shallow water Beginner level class that gets you on your way to a stronger, fitter you. (Swimming skills not required) Aqua Masters (TTH 8:00-9:00AM) Medium to high intensity, deep and shallow water Take charge, be in charge. Become a master in the pool.
