Enrolment, Cancelled Classes, Refunds and Transfers
Enrolment You can enrol by phone, mail or via our webpage. Please enrol early to avoid disappointment!
Many of our courses are very popular and fill up quickly and as enrolment is on a first in basis early enrolment is in your interest.
Sometimes courses have to be cancelled and these decisions are made some days before the course is due to start. Regrettably some learners miss out because
they enrol too late and the course has already been cancelled whereas had they enrolled earlier the course would have run.
Refunds If the College cancels a class for any reason, you will be given the option to transfer to another course or receive a full refund.
Withdrawals Please choose your course carefully. If you wish to withdraw from a class the College must receive written notice of withdrawal 5 working
days prior to the advertised starting date of the course for a refund minus a $20 administration fee. No refund will be given if less than 5 days notice is given.
Transfers If you choose to transfer from a course the College must be notified no less than 5 days prior to the course commencing. A $20 administration fee
will be charged for transfer.
The College regrets it cannot accept responsibility for changes in personal circumstances, illness, and work commitments or for books or materials
purchased for a course which may have been cancelled.
