“HAPPY@hongkong Super JETSO” Information Fact Sheet Background With the extra funding provided by the HKSAR Government, a large scale, 5-week long, citywide campaign named “HAPPY@hongkong Super JETSO” will be launched in late April and all members of organiser and supporting organisations are invited to participate. This program aims to stimulate local spending through extensive value offers by retail and dining merchants throughout Hong Kong. Details of the merchant offers will be posted onto campaign posters and/or A-cards provided by the Organisers and to be displayed prominently inside the outlets. 1 Decal sticker (Small: 177.8mm(W) x 254mm(H) / Large: 355.6mm(W) x 508mm(H)) Poster (A2: 419.1mm(W) x 594.36mm(H)) 2 Table stand (folded size: 150mm(W) x 210mm(H) x 100mm(D) Staff pin (75mm in Diameter) Offers - Participants are free to make their own offers for customers as long as they are tangible and attractive, e.g. discounts on regular items/services, gifts (e.g. a complimentary dessert for any food orders, a special souvenir for any purchase made etc) Publicity and Promotion - An integrated 360 communications campaign including advertising, PR and experiential will be launched across Hong Kong to maximise consumer awareness. TV: Over 1,500 spots on TVB and Cable TV plus government support of API Radio: Over 200 programme segments and spots on-air; Radio DJs to create noise and giveaway vouchers on-ground at selected merchants to surprise and delight consumers OOH: Advertising at bus shelters with 60 premiere panels; bus body advertisement on 160 buses running in key shopping districts; supporting posters and street banners 3 Print and digital advertising: key dailies, weekly magazines, digital display and social advertisement Participation - Members of the Organiser and all Supporting Organisations are automatically qualified and invited to participate in the campaign. - All other retail and/or dining merchants interested in participating in the programme should get in touch with QTSA directly to obtain details of qualification requirements and a copy of the participation form. - The completed reply forms should be returned to the addressee on the participation forms on or before the stated deadline.
