WORD AND IMAGE SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Visual Art
 Must be in jpeg form, no larger than 1 MB in size for each
image.
 Title each image with the artist’s initials, and number 1, 2
or 3 for clear identification.
 Include the medium and actual size of each piece.
 Previously published or shown work is acceptable.
Written Work
 May include poetry, flash fiction, personal essay, or short
creative non-fiction.
 Samples must be submitted in a single Word document
with name, address, and e-mail address on every page.
 Each submission must be no more than 1,000 words.
 Previously published work is acceptable.
