Holiday Village #1 is specifically designed for those 62 years of age
or older or handicapped & disabled regardless of age. Each apartment
has air conditioning, dishwashers and a full kitchen. The bathrooms
are easily accessible and have a sit-down style shower. Our property
offers a coin operated laundry facilities and a large community room
with a full kitchen. The apartments also have front or rear entry, off
street parking with handicapped accessibility. Rent includes heat,
water, electricity and garbage collection. Medical expenses are used in
determining rent at this property.
