Edition 12. Monday 25th May 2015 You have spoken and we have heeded. Can you believe that this year will be our fourth
summer...? For the last 3 summers our parents and carers have put in numerous
requests for us to extend our summer holiday provision and for us to lower our admission
age. I am delighted to inform you that this year we will be doing just that!
Summer Camp 2015 will open on Tuesday 21st July and run until Friday 21st of
August providing 5 weeks of jam-packed fun and games for children aged 4 - 12 years.
That's right… children aged 4 and in Reception Class at school may now attend our
Holiday Camps all day on every advertised play day during the school holidays. Group Names
Charity Cycle Ride
To keep things simple we have kept the two age
groupings but have rebranded them 'I-Campers'
I standing for infants aged 4 - 7 years and
'J-Campers' J standing for juniors aged 8 - 12
years, similar to that of a primary school.
Team Holiplay and Future Engineers are
gearing up for the Annual London to Brighton
Cycle Ride on Sunday 21st June in support of
the British Heart Foundation. To find out how

Early bird bookings
The summer camp online booking portal will
go live on Monday 15th June 2015. I strongly
advise you make your summer camp
reservations as early as possible as once the
places are fully booked we will not be able to
accept any more children. While I am on the
subject of bookings, please make sure you take
advantage of our Special Discount Offers

Tips for Trips
Once again early booking is advised as our
summer camp spaces tend to get booked up
pretty quickly. Our Big Holiplay Away Day will
once again be to Brighton Beach on
Thursday 20th August. Please please please
plan ahead as there are very limited spaces
available on that day and, as this will be a whole
camp visit, there will be no alternative care
arrangements in place for children not
attending the Brighton Trip.

part in Kick London's annual 5 a-Side
football competition at Oasis Academy Shirley
