2. Year End Awards for Members that complete the following requirements
a. Dues must be paid before points are counted
Single Membership - $25.00
Family Membership - $35.00
b. Compete in 2 of the 4 2015 Season Shows
c. Each person competing for Year End Awards must
Complete 8 hours of volunteer work between
January 1, 2015 and September 30, 2015.
Work may be completed by friends and relatives.
Rules for Tack and Attire for All Shows
Attire:
1. Helmets must be worn by all English Exhibitors & Western Exhibitors 18 & Under
2. Clothing must be appropriate to the Seat.
3. English must wear: Helmet, Boots, Shirt with collar & Jodhpurs.
4. Western must wear: Helmet (18 & Under) or Hat, Boots, Shirt, Belt, & Pants
Tack:
1. Tack appropriate to the seat must be used during all show.
2. Decision of the Judge on tack is final.

Rules for the Show
A signed copy of this Rules Form must be turned in prior to your first class. All fields must be completed.
One Horse/Rider Combination per seat to count towards High Point.
Trail open from 10:00 - 2:00. Western Exhibitors are encouraged to complete trail before lunch.
Ribbons 1st to 5th places in all classes.
All classes will be judged on posted HHSC Club Rules first WSH Rules second.
Must be 18 years or older to show Stallion.
All horses that kick are required to have a RED ribbon attached to the tail that is clearly visible at ALL times.
Red yarn is available in the office if needed.
Management reserves the right to prohibit the use of any equipment deemed inhumane or dangerous.
Abuse and inhumane treatment of any animal will not be tolerated and will result in the disqualification of the
rider, forfeiture of entry fees, and immediate dismissal from the premises.
The judges decisions are final. If a judge decides that an animal is not fit to show, that decision will be final also.
Any classes with less than three entries may be cancelled or combined at management discretion.
Cross entry between W/T and W/T/C in English is not allowed. Cross entry between W/J and W/J/L
in Western is not allowed.
Cross Entry is allowed between English and Western.
YOU MUST DESIGNATE WHICH DIVISION(S) YOU ARE COMPETING IN AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION.
Entries for Classes 1-3 must be received in the office by 7:45 AM to enter.
Western Showmanship must be received before 12:45 to enter.
We Reserve the right to pre-load classes. All exhibitors must be checked in by Second Call. Third Call is
loading on the rail.
Gate Holds should be requested 1 class in advance. Request may be made at the office or at the in gate.
Lunging allowed in Round Arena ONLY.
All areas around trailers and hitching rails must be cleaned before leaving. Please leave it as it was.

“Every entry at a recognized show shall constitute an agreement & affirmation that the person making it along with the owner, lessee, trainer, manager, agent,
coach, driver, and rider;(1) shall be subject to constitution & rules of the HHSC & local rules of the show;(2) that every horse, rider, is eligible as entered;(3) are
bound by the rules of HHSC and will accept as final the decision of the show management on any question arising under said rules & agree to hold the show,
HHSC, their officials, directors, agents, employees, & volunteers harmless for any action taken;(4) acknowledge that they participate voluntarily in the competition
fully aware that horse sports & the competition involve inherent dangerous risk & by participating they expressly assume any & all risk of injury or loss & they
agree to hold HHSC, the horse show & their officials, directors, employees, volunteers, or agents harmless for any injury or loss resulting directly or indirectly
from the negligent acts or omissions of said official, directors, employees, volunteers, or agents of the show (RCW4.24.530 and RCW4.24.540);
(5) that all entries, both pre and post, constitute an agreement to pay all applicable fees to HHSC regardless of participation”.
